Raja has always been clean and tidy. I have found him to be efficient & prompt in his work. He is very much into co-operating with the clients even when I do change my mind and he fulfils the tasks I set for him very well. He also quotes a price in advance and I have always agreed staged payments with him because it makes it easier to monitor costs as well as monitoring how his work is progressing. He not only works on his own but also has dedicated crafts people e.g. electricians etc. He is always pleasant and although his English is somewhat limited, I am happy to recommend him for his work.
